About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Senior Pre-Sales Consultant - Solutions Architect

to provide technical pre-sales support and collaborate closely with sales, service, cloud engineering, and technical support teams.

In this role, you will help design solutions that address customer needs, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver value-driven proposals. If you enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop tailored solutions and deliver impactful demonstrations to prospective clients. Provide technical leadership in the design and delivery of trials, pilots, and proofs-of-concept. Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices and client requirements. Manage the sales bid process by preparing responses to RFI/RFPs. Collaborate with Product Managers to share client feedback and influence product development. Stay current with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Deliver technical workshops, training, and deep-dive sessions to support the sales process. Provide expert technical guidance to sales teams during customer engagements.

Qualifications

Malaysian citizen (mandatory).

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not strictly required). Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably within the

cloud or IT solutions industry

. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (sales, engineering, customers).

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
