Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored solutions and lead the planning, creation, and delivery of product demonstrations.
Provide technical leadership during trials and proofs-of-concept.
Ensure proposed solutions and Statements of Work (SOW) align with best practices and client requirements.
Manage the sales bid process, including responding to RFIs and RFPs.
Collaborate with Product Managers to share client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to support sales initiatives.
Offer technical expertise and consultation to the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field (Information Technology or related disciplines preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, preferably in the
cloud or IT industry
.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with multiple stakeholders.
