Responsibilities
  • We are seeking Junior Sous Chef to join the Culinary team of D EMPIRE Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. This position is to assist the Culinary Team in carrying out the requirements of their responsibility.
  • Candidate must and/or experience working in fine dining restaurant and / or full ala-carte service restaurant
  • Candidate must understand the method of food costing and how to prepare
  • To guide and supervising, coordinating and participating in activities of personnel engaged in preparation, cooking and serving food for outlet as instructed.
  • Encourage and inspire team members to perform at their level best.
