Job Description

Manages kitchen operations and staff to prepare high-quality Malay cuisine for banquets and events, ensuring food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and cook Malay dishes according to recipes and hotel standards for banquets and special functions. Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all food items meet established culinary standards. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks and other workers. Manage shift operations, ensuring compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures. Purchase appropriate food supplies and manage inventory to control food costs.
