Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology and related field in software or hardware.
• Knowledge in Networking and Server Set-Up
• Good in writing and spoken language (s) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
• Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara and travel/ work beyond office hours.
• Required to have own transport - Car is more appropriate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• In charge of indoor Hardware repair for the customers (end-user/ corporate/ dealers) and internal office.
• Handling online support to repair.
• Guiding customers through implementing and setting up their security systems
• Responsible to check and test hardware when arriving from a supplier.
• Provide on-site support, training and after-sales service for the customer.
• Ensure that all pos system breakdown calls are completed without any problem by the System Support department.
• To assist the system support or system consultant whenever critical error arises.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Make provisions for hardware and software upgrading when the need arises
• Arrange training and briefing session when you have completed any new hardware testing.
• To resolve conflicts between the system support and client.
• To cooperate with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
• Provide new ideas to improve system support daily operations.
• Report to your immediate superior when you encounter critical problems such as legal letter from clients and provide a remedy towards the issue when it arises.
• Monitor the maintenance contract and ensure all service is done properly.
• Provide on-site support, training and after-sales service for the customer.
• Implementation, provide training to customer upon installation of POS System
• Working on Integrated System along with POS System

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
