- Attending to all electrical, air conditioning, building automation, plumbing works and others - Carrying out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set - Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor - Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
