Job Description
To support company operation with supervise and hold responsible for operation department by sustaining excellent technical service to customer and company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect units and identify problems with mechanical failure or breakdowns
- Respond to tenants\' requests for maintenance services, including replacing installing new locks, and etc
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants\' units as required
- Provide tenants with advice and guidance on maintaining their apartment homes
- Respond to requests from operation and admin department as needed
- Report any potential problems in equipment to superior and take remedial action.
- Perform any other job/function that may be assigned by Superior.
- To be standby when any emergency happens on project site.
- Move out inspection and police report if needed
- Handling internet issue
- Smart meter installation if needed
