Junior Telemarketing Officer

Job Description
- Provide advisory services or solutions to SMEs client on the company overall credit profiling;
- Engage with SME\'s customers for cross sell purpose via phone in promoting banking and SMEs related products;
- Generate additional leads through referrals for acquiring New customers;
- To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management;
- Active participation in providing feedback during discussions;
- Fostering positive relationship with team members within team and department.
