Junior/senior Quality Engineer (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
Candidate need to understand mandarin language in writing & reading form. They will be dealing with China & Taipei client/prospect via Tele-conference call. And they will need to understand some documents that are in mandarin.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronic and Electrical.
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred a role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Minimum 5 years\' experience.
- Related experience in SPI, TRI, AOI programming, Process Engineer in SMT Line.
- To setup new project setup for SPI, reflow oven, AOI, X-RAY.
- Responsible for machine uptime, machine maintenance and calibration.
- To establish new project process, process flow, process parameter, process quality standard.
- To handle off line machine maintenance, dry box, solder mixer, stencil cleaning machine oven.
- To handle machine efficiency and machine utilization.
- To responsible for setup rework process, rework standard and rework facility.
- Must be able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
