Job description;
-Carry out work - scheduled maintenance work (PPM) daily, weekly, monthly according to the schedule scheduled or directed.
-Identify the causes of damage and repair the damage according to the set time.
-Resolve all problems such as complaints, requests, criticisms and customer dissatisfaction.
-Monitor and ensure all systems in the building are in good condition.
-Prepare daily reports on the condition of the equipment to be reported to the supervisor.
Requirement:
-Each candidate must submit a full resume complete with supporting documents.
-Possess Diploma, Cert in engineering (mechanical) / maintenance or related qualification.
-Minimum 1-2 years of working experience working in related with facilities management.
