Job Description

Position Summary



Responsible for providing

administrative and operational support

to ensure the effective and efficient management of

data center facilities

.
This includes:

Coordinating

maintenance activities

Managing

service vendors

Maintaining

facility and asset records

Supporting

day-to-day operations


The role requires an

organized, proactive

, and

independent

individual capable of handling multiple administrative and operational tasks.

Primary Responsibilities



Maintain facility-related documentation (maintenance logs, service contracts, inspection reports) Handle purchase requests, quotations, invoicing, and budget tracking Report and follow up on building faults, repairs, and utilities Maintain inventory of facility-related equipment and tools

Secondary Responsibilities



Coordinate and prepare documentation for data center operations Support related administrative and operational activities as required

Qualifications



Experience:



1-3 years in

facility coordination

, logistics, or administrative support Familiarity with building systems (electrical, plumbing preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently

Education:



Minimum

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

or equivalent

Fresh graduates

Skills



Knowledge in

logistics operations

: distribution, inventory planning, materials management Proficient in

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Excellent

communication & interpersonal skills

Good

customer relationship management

Strong command of

MS Office applications


Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
