JOB PURPOSE Bertanggungjawab dalam tugas \xe2\x80\x93 tugas sokongan dan penyediaan kertas kerja. JOB ACCOUNTABILITY Membantu penyelia dalam penyediaan kertas kerja, laporan dan maklumat secara berkala. Menggunakan kemahiran asas komputer dalam melengkapkan tugas harian. Membantu penyelia mengemaskini inisiatif transformasi digital yang sedang dijalankan oleh pihak syarikat. Mengemaskini serta mendokumentasi dokumen yang berkaitan. Membantu dan memastikan bahagian ICT dapat memberi sokongan kepada pihak operasi QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES QUALIFICATION Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Diploma Pengajian Perniagaan/Teknologi Maklumat atau yang setaraf dengannya. EXPERIENCE Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang perakaunan/kewangan atau yang berkaitan. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS 5 kompetensi dan tahap minimum yang di perlukan untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan memuaskan. Perisian (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point dan MS Internet Explore. Melaksanakan segala tugas dalam berpasukan. Mempunyai hubungan yang baik dengan rakan sekerja dan pelanggan. Mempunyai dorongan dan ketahanan mental dan fizikal yang bagus. Menjaga keterampilan dan kebersihan diri.
