• Help in the student recruitment division
• Plan and arrange activities and services that support recruitment of student
• Advise the college on the appointments of marketing agents
• Recruit and register students and pass them to college registrar
• Maintain adequate student affair document and statistics

Regal City College (RCC) [IPTS Registration No: DK236(Q)], formerly known as Institut Teknologi Maklumat Nusantara or NIIT College, was established in 1999, and is a government approved institute of higher learning based in Kuching Sarawak. Our vision is to become a prestigious college of internationally recognized institution for people of different background both national and international through continuous excellence in academics, services and support to the community and our mission is to nature industrial relevant talents and enhance national development and advancement.

RC College has been offering Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Accountancy, Diploma in Secretaryship and Diploma in Information Technology.

In order to remain competitive in this information age, we further offered new programme, which include Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons), Diploma in Actuarial Finance, Diploma in Event Management, Diploma in Ecotourism, Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in Entrepreneurship, Diploma in Computer Science, Diploma in Retail Management and Certificate in Business.

All these programmes were approved and accredited by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and Malaysian Higher. Currently, the college has 3 Schools offering 1 Certificate programme, 12 Diploma programmes and 1 Degree programme, Bacholor of Accountancy (Hons) accredited by MQA.
