Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Professional Division is partnered with an established baking institute based in Selangor, Malaysia. Our distinguished client is currently seeking to hire for a Student Development Officer, who is passionate about holistic student development. The Student Development Officer will be in charge of coordinating co-curricular activities, nurturing relationships, and ensuring the students thrive academically and personally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Student Development and Leadership:
- Supervise the Student Representative Council, ensuring all activities are organised in line with the year\'s plans.
- Develop and manage the employability management system, guiding students on their next best career step.
- Community Engagement and Networking:
- Cultivate alumni engagement.
- Maintain a close relationship with students, looking out for their welfare.
Job Requirements:
- Educational requirement: Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree. Open to fresh graduates who have been active in their cocurricular activities during student days.
- Work experience: Preferably 2 years of experience within the student management/engagement.
- Public relations: Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Organisational skills: Be able to organise activities, programmes, managing other admin tasks whilst balancing other adhoc duties
