Main Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maximize profits through student recruitment & developing sale strategies that match educational requirements by promoting MDIS Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s program, product, services and/or ideas.
  • Manage and work towards achieving assigned student recruitment target.
  • Conducting research & collecting data to identify new sources of student recruitment.
  • Devising & presenting ideas & strategies of MDIS Marketing Plan & Calendar.
  • Campaigning and handle social and/or digital media recruitment channels on assigned region.
  • Organising educational and recruitment events and exhibitions.
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Perform sales calls and other sales initiatives.
  • Coordinating internal marketing and student recruitment referral systems.
  • Monitoring performance of assigned agents.
  • Perform documentations and coordinate with the oversea students arrivals and payment (international student recruitment).

  • Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.
Requirements:
  • Able to suggest key recruitment area & development/recruitment strategies (approval from reporting officer required).
  • Able to work on flexible time or during off office hours (as and when required).
  • Able to represent the institutions in key events (approval from reporting office required).
  • Successful track record of sales experience (experience in international student recruitment) and a minimum of 2 years work experience will be and added advantage).
  • Knowledge in handling sales representative or channel and develop good rapports with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in coordinating with large representative for events & promotions.
  • Be meticulous & demonstrate good planning and operational management.
  • Knowledge on planning of sales exhibitions fairs & conduct business previews for local/domestic events.
  • Outspoken & willing to work on off hours (if required).
  • Willing to travel for work & also the patience in dealing with local/domestic customers.
  • This position is commission based under Sales Department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
