- Weighing all incoming (raw materials/ shipment/ transfer) and outgoing vehicles according to company procedure.
- Any weigh found to exceed or less than the standard weight for vehicles and/ or tankers or containers without seal no. written on VCF must not be allowed to have 2nd weighment and to divert the vehicle back to the loading point for verification.
- To ensure all printed documents (delivery orders and weighbridge tickets) must be issued and matched correctly according to sales order, i.e customer name, product, quality, weight and destination.
- Maintain and upkeep cleanliness in all weighbridges.
- To perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time in aligned with company's objective.
REQUIREMENT:-
- Min SPM and cert in any disciplines, prefer to have 2 years experience as clerk.
- Able to work independently
