We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Weighbridge Clerk. You will be responsible for managing all weighbridge operations, ensuring accurate recording of truck weights, and maintaining proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
Responsibilities:
Operate the weighbridge system and record truck weights accurately.
Prepare and issue delivery orders, weigh tickets, and related documents.
Verify and record incoming and outgoing materials.
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth loading/unloading processes.
Maintain daily weighbridge reports and filing of relevant documents.
Ensure weighbridge equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Comply with company procedures and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word).
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work on shifts or weekends when required.
Experience in weighbridge operations or construction industry is an advantage.
