Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Planning



? Develop and manage the budget for the assigned territory, ensuring compliance.

? Prepare sales plans aligned with the Annual Business Plan (ABP), including customer-specific strategies and market development concepts.

? Ensure continuous coordination with the direct supervisor throughout the planning process.

Business Development



? Execute market and sales strategies to drive profitable growth and improve market coverage and penetration.

? Identify, prospect, and secure profitable sales opportunities within the assigned market.

? Collaborate with cross-border business support teams to achieve global business objectives.

? Engage in consultative selling, maintaining strong market knowledge of customer needs, supply chains, and industry trends.

Sales Management



? Manage customer relationships directly or via distributors to drive business growth.

? Grow existing sales turnover and develop new business opportunities in defined markets.

? Formulate business plans and objectives for key customers, monitor performance, and take corrective action where needed.

? Develop sales approaches, pricing structures, service levels, and product assortments in alignment with management.

? Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.

? Oversee collection of outstanding receivables in line with company policy and coordinate with Finance for new account payment terms.

? Deliver product presentations and application demonstrations as required.

? Collaborate with regional colleagues on end-user visits to strengthen product positioning and support customer requirements.

? Develop and implement strategies for sustainable long-term growth with supervisor approval.

Reporting & Systems



? Maintain detailed records of activities and projects.

? Prepare insightful monthly reports to update the team.

? Utilize the CRM system to track sales activities, project status, and customer information.

Skills & Knowledge



? Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent professional qualification.

? Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

? Knowledge of adhesives and experience in Converting Management.

? Strong background in adhesives, converting, or electronics industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Penang Hill (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
