You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Understand clients\' needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Responsible for sales collection and adhere to credit control.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for market penetration.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in surface solutions and related industries.
• Provide clients with in-depth product knowledge and technical information.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of the construction and design industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Possess own transport.
