The role is responsible for supporting and driving sales growth with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers. This role focuses on execution, account servicing, data reporting, and ensuring operational excellence to strengthen customer partnerships and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Sales & Account Servicing
Execute sales plans for assigned QSR accounts to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
Support Key Account Manager in managing day-to-day account needs.
Ensure product listings, menu activations, and promotions are implemented effectively.
Visit customer HQ and outlets regularly to monitor execution, resolve issues, and capture opportunities.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and product availability with supply chain and operations teams.
Train store teams on sampling activations.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with purchasing, operations, and store-level contacts.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Provide timely feedback and insights from the field to the sales team.
Business Development Support
Assist in identifying new opportunities within existing QSR accounts (e.g., new menu items, new outlets).
Collect competitor and market intelligence to support account planning.
Support customer presentations, product samples, and menu development initiatives.
Data Reporting & Administration
Track sales performance, customer compliance, and promotional results.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company policies.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
2-4 years of sales or account servicing experience in FMCG or Foodservice.
Exposure to QSR accounts preferred.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office; basic analytical and reporting skills.
