Key Account Manager (Air Freshener & Fragrance)

Our client, a leading brand in premium car air fresheners and lifestyle fragrances, is seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen their market presence across the region. The role focuses on managing major retail accounts such as Watsons, hypermarkets, and convenience chains, driving sales growth, and expanding the brand's footprint in the air care category.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead key account strategies to increase sales, visibility, and market share. Build strong relationships with major retail partners and identify new business opportunities. Analyse sales trends, consumer behaviour, and category performance. Plan and execute trade promotions and merchandising activities. Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth execution. Resolve customer issues and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 6-8 years of FMCG or key account management experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Strong experience managing Watsons, hypermarkets, or similar nationwide retail chains. English proficiency required; Mandarin preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
