Team and Role Introduction:

Responsibilities:

• Engaging and building relationships with top cross border sellers and regional team to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals
• Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Developing understanding of Motors/Sports & Outdoors category dynamics in cross border/local market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada.
• Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with internal and external parties to carry out daily tasks and projects smoothly to deliver results.
• Establish strong relationships with brands & sellers, and support their activities on our platform, as well as store launches, sales campaigns and brand events.
• Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like supply chain, customer service and marketing; ensure changes in our business create win-win scenarios for Lazada and our sellers.
• Develop channel marketing, promotion plans and deal hunting from managed-sellers.
• Arranging exposures from hunted deals/promotions from sellers/brands, able to cope with tight timeline.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Capable of communicating (speak, read & write) in English and Chinese.
• Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills, need to be very aggressive, and adaptive in a fast-paced working environment.

Requirements/Qualifications (good to have):

• Experience in Sales and Marketing relevant practice.
• Adept in data analysis and presentation.
• Familiar with Motors and Sports & Outdoors industry/trend, especially brands/products from China, Korea and Japan.
• Competent multitasking, task management and adhering to deadline is a suitable capability for this role.
• Able to communicate (speak, read & write) in Korean & Japanese is a bonus
