Job Description


  • Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player
  • At least 1 or 2 years relevant experience
  • Always put customer as first priority and keep them happy
  • General computer knowledge: Basic Microsoft Word / Excel
Responsibilities
  • Handle Outbound calls; promote company products
  • Follow up customer inquiry, follow up sales and perform after sales service
  • Happy to share with customer
  • Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients
  • Report and update Leaders on clients\' requests and feedbacks
  • Work closely with other department such as Marketing, Video, Content Writing and Etc
