In this dynamic position, you will be entrusted with managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, crafting tailored account plans, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Your primary objective will be to understand the unique needs of each client, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation. With your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will serve as the primary liaison for key clients, proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.   • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and other healthcare providers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within customer organizations, fostering relationships at various levels to drive collaboration and partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to align strategies and initiatives with customer requirements and industry trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to gather intelligence and insights, informing strategic sales approaches, product development initiatives, and business decisions.
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal stakeholders on market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead and oversee the management of moderate to complex projects related to administrative tasks, continuous process improvement, and operational excellence, ensuring timely completion and success.
  • Assist in analyzing Key Account Management (KAM) program results, including ROI and competitive win/loss data, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Play a pivotal role in developing and executing account retention and development programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by working closely with all functional groups, partners, and industry consultants, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and proactive risk management.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships built on trust and credibility with all levels of stakeholders within key accounts, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor and liaison for B. Braun solutions/services.
  • Facilitate alignment across operations and functional groups with key initiatives, ensuring organizational efforts are directed towards common goals and objectives.
  • Represent B. Braun in professional organizations, industry collaborations, and conferences, actively engaging and networking to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Document and analyze feedback on process status, enabling deliberate and effective adjustments to programs and processes to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • Provide support for remediation plans and track relationship status, ensuring proactive resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Professional competencies
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or a related field; master\'s degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the medical device industry, preferably with experience in key account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering value-added solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • It requires a strategic mindset, strong project management discipline, excellent communication abilities, analytical skills, self-motivation, creativity and the ability to relate to diverse groups of people.
  • Must have Knowledge of hospital organization and funding sources, ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, lead, and execute growth strategies within the organization as well as account organizations.
  • Ability to translate and communicate raw data, statistical, analytical results, implications, and recommendations into clear written and verbal communication / information.
  • Willing to travel as per the work requirements.
