1. Manage and develop key accounts by building strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs and opportunities for growth. 2. Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share and revebue goals. 3. Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing accounts, such as cross-selling and upselling products, and expanding product lines. 4. Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion. 5. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. 6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met. 7. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products. 8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability. 9. Monitor and report on account performance, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. 10. Conduct regular meetings with customers to review sales performance, product range, and promotional activities. 11. Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members assigned to key accounts. 12. Negotiate and manage pricing and contract terms with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. 13. Ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, and that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively. 14. Negotiate on product launches, pricing strategy, space management and both national and local promotional activities. 15. Undertake any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, General Manager and above when required.
