Job description
Heading/intro:
Join one of the leading FMCG MNCs as a Senior Key Account Manager, where you\'ll be responsible for distributor management and channel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve channel growth through distributor management.
- Ensure sales targets are met across designated key accounts (MT).
- Analyze effectiveness of promotional activities and trade spend results.
- Develop and roll out strategic plan to remain competitive in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within designated accounts.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a Key Account role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of distributor management and achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage).
