Job Description

The incumbent will develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers in the defined territory. This will be done through the execution of innovative commercial activities and business plans which leads to increased growth of sales within the market.

• Develop and implement go-to-market/sales/customer strategies for assigned businesses/territories
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand customer needs and achieve business objectives
• Enhance strategies, tactical plans and strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs
• Market mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data
• Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins

International brand presence within pharmaceutical industry|Performance-based meritocracy that rewards great individual

• Study background: Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification
• Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical sales. Experience in Oncology and Haematology would be preferred
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must have good communication in English, both written and spoken
• Based in Central OR Penang, with the willingness to travel
