Requirements

• Age Between 25-35 Years Old
• Minimum Education level Diploma in any disciplinary Or Above
• Minimum 1 year working experience in similar industries / Sales industries/ b2b industries/Hospitality industries with solutions selling experience.
• Proficient in Communication (English, Bahasa & Mandarin)
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to accept extra tasks for the benefit of the company

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Perform as a key contact with all clients and build rapport with clients
• Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
• Following process and procedure of the Company.
