Job Description


As the Key Account Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Lead and will be expected to utilize their B2B enterprise, consultative selling expertise to spearhead new portfolio acquisition while building meaningful, long term strategic partnership with major key accounts.Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:

  • Gain thorough insights into the client\'s business to uncover and pursue new opportunities organization-wide.
  • Proactively identify potential areas for account growth by analyzing usage patterns.
  • Establish connections with key stakeholders within the client\'s organization.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships across all levels of the client organization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product teams to innovate and enhance existing solutions.
  • Offer strategic feedback to drive continuous improvement of current products and the development of new solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Account Plans encompassing strategic elements such as overall account strategy, business outlook, relationship mapping, and key activities.
  • Coordinate with post-sale support teams to address any outstanding customer issues effectively.

It\'s critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
  • Bachelor\'s degree & above with upwards of 3 years of B2B account management and solution-based selling experience in a highly competitive setting, showcasing network and account growth.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen to establish credibility, influence senior leaders, and spot investment prospects.
  • Heavy preference towards experience and knowledge in banking and Fintech sectors with interest in financial products and market dynamics.
