Establisted and maintain strong contacts with existing customers/OEMs in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
Grow vacuum, abatement, and service business in Semi-DSL accounts
Participate and monitor sales forecast budget
Identify and follow up new opportunities
Make regular customer visits and publish visit report on time
Report on competitive activities
Work with Field Service Engineers to make sure all the service activity is satisfied by customer
Make use of the whole orgnsiation to create value in customers eyes
Penetrate new products such as pump/abatement in Semi-DSL area
What we expect of you?
Preferred degree in Engineering/Business
At least 3 years experience in the sales/technical industry
Process potential sales capabilities
Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis.
Good computer skills
Process ability to learn and understand customers needs
High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
Good level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post-sales support within Edwards
Make products presentations to customers
Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Good time management skills
Strong communication skills - Proficiency in English and Malay. Mandarin language a plus.
