- People oriented and possessed problem solving skills.
- Preferably with logistic experience.
- Mandarin speaker to deal with the teams.
These vacancies are aimed to fulfill the business needs of E-commerce sellers and local sellers.
:
- Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team.
- Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
- Possessed thorough knowledge in logistic field to help to resolve the difficulties faced by the customers.
- Operate the KA\\MS system to assist customers in placing orders, answer customer business consultation, package inquiry and other questions.
- Contact branches, hub, and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders.
- Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
