To grow existing and new Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business and function as Main contact window for project transfers.
To coordinate actively with the overseas project manager with regards to the business allocation, pricing, delivery issues and project status.
To manage the sales process from new initial contact through sales closure, include negotiating on price, terms, delivery, specifications, quotations and generating invoices etc.
Involved with market trends analysis and BOM review to secure business allocation with competitive pricing.
To work closely with internal technical team to resolve issues occurring at customer production sites.
To liaise with Purchasing and Supply Chain team on optimal buffer stocks programs for key customer or strategic key projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years Sales / Key Account Management experience in handling EMS / Contract Manufacturer Customers.
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Result-oriented and motivated to achieve KPI goals.
Willing to travel for customer visits and presentations.
To be based in Melaka / Southern Malaysia.
