Manage and nurture existing key customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.
Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales quotations, presentations, and customer-required reports.
Understand customer business and operational needs to provide tailored logistics solutions.
Act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate delivery of customer requirements.
Liaise with internal counterparts and relevant authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
Conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to review performance, address service issues, and strengthen relationships.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding operation, customer services(Sea & Air), or Sales Support is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Incoterms and logistics documentation.
Proficient in MS Office and computer usage.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
