Key Account Executive / Manager (Website & Digital Marketing Services)

As a Key Account Executive / Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients -- helping them achieve success through website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media, and digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our project and marketing teams to craft solutions that address client challenges, build strong long-term relationships, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs. Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and ensure successful delivery of website and digital marketing projects. Identify new sales opportunities within existing and potential client networks. Work closely with internal teams (Design, Development, Marketing, SEO, and Ads) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Present proposals, strategies, and campaign performance reports to clients. Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and project timelines. Handle client requests and challenges proactively with professionalism and strategic insight. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, website technologies, and online advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or sales (agency experience preferred). Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Knowledge of website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in written and spoken English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about digital trends and helping businesses grow online.
