Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Key Account Specialist to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the primary liaison for major accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, identifying new opportunities, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored product or service solutions. Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth account operations. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and propose strategies for growth. Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism and care. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts. Ability to travel when required.
