Job Description

  • Bachelor degree or above, good office software skills, especially excel/ppt; experience in foreign companies is preferred;
  • Self-motivated and capable of learning, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork;
  • Active, enthusiastic, caring, responsible, results-oriented, able to arrange work at the same time and reasonably and effectively;
  • The working languages are mainly Chinese and English, and they can have good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Cross-border customer managers need to speak Chinese and English.
Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers to maintain customer relations and maintain benign interactions with customers;
  • Assist project managers to coordinate resources, promote project implementation, deliver implementation results on time and quality, and be responsible for project operation quality;
  • Responsible for project data monitoring, responsible for operating KPI and SLA;
  • Assist project manager to communicate across departments;
  • Guide junior staff in their daily work;
  • Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
