Open Position: Key Support Engineer (Global Equipment Provider Company)
A global equipment provider company is looking for Key Support Engineer to be based in Penang office.
Key requirements include:
\xc2\xb7 Involved in machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
\xc2\xb7 Regional exposure with responsibility to support internally and externally on service of machine.
\xc2\xb7 Give response to customer and regional calls quickly and consistently.
\xc2\xb7 Provide support to sales team and provide training to internal and external customers.
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Engineering.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and spoken English.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in servicing SMT equipments.
\xc2\xb7 Strong problem solving skills and basic project management skills.
\xc2\xb7 Required to travel on short notice.
