Roles & Responsibilities: As a KHIND Care Lead, you are responsible to driving sales, optimizing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences of KHIND Care outlets. You will be managing a team of 5 where some are located at ITCC Mall (Sabah) and some based at CityONE Mall (Sarawak). You will play a critical role in implementing strategies, managing teams, and fostering a cohesive retail environment that aligns with our brand strategies. Your roles and responsibilities also include: Leading and managing a team of retail store senior promoters, providing guidance, coaching, performance evaluations, commission payout and claims coordination. Developing and executing comprehensive retail strategies to drive sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue enhancement. Collaborating with the E-Commerce & Retail Lead together with marketing department & product team to plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to boost foot traffic and sales. Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for each outlet, tracking performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Overseeing inventory management, including stock levels, restocking, and product assortment to ensure alignment with customer preferences and demand. Leading training and development programs for store managers and staff, ensuring continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Leading efforts to identify and address operational challenges, streamline processes, and implement best practices for store operations. Providing regular communication and reporting to senior management regarding outlets\' performance, initiatives, and challenges. Ensuring that each outlet maintains an organized, clean, and visually appealing environment that reflects the brand\'s image. To be a Successful Candidate: Possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Words). Willingness to travel within the designated region to visit stores, provide on-site support, and conduct assessments. 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail management, including experience as a store manager or in other supervisory roles within the retail sector. Proven experience in overseeing and managing multiple retail locations. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different locations. Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, inventory management, and customer service excellence. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, senior management, and stakeholders. Proficiency in using retail software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, HR, and senior management to align regional strategies with overall business goals.
