Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall operations of the preschool campus efficiently and effectively.
Supervise, support, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff to uphold high educational standards.
Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and act as the main point of contact.
Oversee student admissions, enrollment processes, and record management.
Coordinate the delivery of curriculum and co-curricular activities in alignment with the school's goals.
Manage campus budgeting, resources allocation, and maintenance of facilities.
Foster a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment conducive to children's holistic development.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for children's learning, growth, and well-being.
