Job Description

• Possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Proficiency in spoken and written mandarin, with the ability to teach basic language skills effectively.
• Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and language acquisition principles.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
• PR and First Aid certification.

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, physical development, and Mandarin language acquisition for students.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery, with an emphasis on fostering an early interest in the Mandarin language and culture.
• Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior, respect, and a positive attitude toward language learning among children.
• Observe and assess children\'s behavior, development, and language learning, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child\'s individual needs and interests.
• Maintain accurate records of each child\'s progress, including attendance, development, language acquisition, and milestones.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other meetings to discuss children\'s overall progress, development, and language proficiency.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with appropriate supplies and materials.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and trends in early childhood education and language instruction.
