- Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education or school management and preschool / international school management (Prioritise On Candidate That Have Early Childhood Qualifications)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with staff, parents and students
- Ability to create a positive and safe learning environment
- Knowledge of early childhood curriculum standards and best practices
- Proficient in basic administrative tasks and budgeting
- Passionate about child development and education
- Manage and operate the daily activities of the center
- Oversee, recruit and train teaching staff
- Maintain the center\'s business to ensure profitability meets designated targets
- Build a professional teaching team and continuously recruit more students
