Ensure freshness and proper storage of all food items.
Cooking Assistance
Support the cook/chef in grilling toast, frying eggs, and assembling Korean-style sandwiches.
Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation.
Follow standard recipes and food safety guidelines.
Kitchen Operations
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, equipment, and dishes.
Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling or eco-friendly practices.
Quality & Safety
Monitor food quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to hygiene standards, including handwashing, wearing gloves, and hairnets.
Follow food safety and health regulations strictly.
Stock & Inventory
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing supplies.
Track ingredient usage and inform the supervisor of low stock.
Team Support
Work closely with the cook, cashier, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist during peak hours with quick and efficient preparation.
Carry out any additional duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or shop manager.
