Responsibilities of the kitchen helpher include: preparing ingredients, seasoning meats, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, and organizing and basic cleaning in the kitchen, communicating with the chef and supervisor, and ensuring proper presentation of food as directed by the chef de partie.
