Job Description


The Assistant Kitchen is generally responsible in ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. a) Obtain quotation from suppliers for purchase of approved products or services b) Preparation of purchase order using AIMS system, raw material to the supplier or related software. c) Monitoring ordering and kitchen raw materials according to the PO issued or from supplier\xe2\x80\x99s timeline d) Organising for raw materials, ingredients sort by class of students performing e) Maintaining inventory level and control as well as the inventory report for General Kitchen or Dining room, Artist room and related. f) Prepare report for Inventory checking (equipment\xe2\x80\x99s / facilities). g) Document filing and storage \xe2\x80\x93 ensure proper labelling and filing as required for audit purposes h) Monitoring kitchen cleanliness such as utensils, pots, pans and sweeping, moping and empty rubbish bin. i) Perform tasks and responsibilities incidental to the position, as per instructed by the management as and when required
