Responsibilities

To assist in with daily menu planning & preparation
To prepare menu according to standards set by the kitchen chef
To assist regards to general kitchen stock supplies - for ordering and stock take
To ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in excellent condition
Ensure that all areas in the kitchen are always kept clean and tidy.
To assist in clearing, cleaning, washing within the kitchen
To follow good food hygiene practices in the preparation of dishes and maintenance of equipment at all times
To ensure that you are ready promptly for your shift in the correct uniform
To always ensure a high level of personal hygiene and personal grooming
To be flexible with the roster which may be subject to change
