Prepare and cook meals (Eastern & Western).
Handle daily kitchen operations and maintain hygiene.
Support menu planning, stock control & food quality.
Report to Resort Manager.
Requirements:
Preferable with a minimum of 1 year experience in resort/hotel/restaurant.
Independent, responsible & able to multitask.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work shift/long hours based on operations.

Mengurus operasi dapur harian dan menjaga kebersihan.
Membantu perancangan menu, kawalan stok & kualiti makanan.
Lapor terus kepada Resort Manager.
Kelayakan:
Kelebihan pada yang mempunyai minimum 1 tahun pengalaman di resort/hotel/restoran.
Berdikari, bertanggungjawab & boleh buat banyak tugas.
Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
Sanggup kerja waktu syif / lama ikut keperluan operasi.
