- Proven commercial kitchen experience, at least 1 year and above.
- Able to Read & Speak in English/Mandarin.
- Listen instructions from the Superior & Management.
- Possesses own transportation.
- Knowledge of food health, hygiene and safety regulations.
- Willing to learn and improve skills.
- Food Inventory stock takes.
- Ability to check daily Mise-En-Place.
