Job Description
Job Responsibility Provide excellent service to customers. Familiarize customers with the facilities and services offered at the KTV, including the song selection system and food and beverage menu. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area and private rooms. Assist and serve customers when needed, such as adjusting equipment, addressing customer requests, and resolving issues. Job Requirements Endurance for long periods of walking and standing. Flexibility in work schedule. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Basic knowledge of KTV equipment and services, or a willingness to learn.
