  • Demi Chef or CDP (Chef De Partie) level;
  • Certificate in culinary arts or relevant field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling daily culinary operations in the kitchen according to recipes, quality and presentation standard.
  • Possess good Food and Beverage product knowledge.
  • Practice High standard and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date.
  • Assist chef in daily kitchen activities.
  • Able to multi-task and generally assist the chef when needed.
  • Maintain all food preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe, accident-free environment.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
