- Demi Chef or CDP (Chef De Partie) level;
- Certificate in culinary arts or relevant field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
- Handling daily culinary operations in the kitchen according to recipes, quality and presentation standard.
- Possess good Food and Beverage product knowledge.
- Practice High standard and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date.
- Assist chef in daily kitchen activities.
- Able to multi-task and generally assist the chef when needed.
- Maintain all food preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe, accident-free environment.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
