Job Description
1. Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and probability of food production.
2. Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary and in perfect operation order.
3. Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
1. Strong communication skills and experience.
2. Strong team player within a high quality kitchen operation.
3. Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
